Your product does not translate well to outlook users, which is 90% of the contacts we are looking to reach.
We are also wondering why you give the chat now option and then there is no one to chat but only a did this help drop down.
Can you tell me more about what is happening when you send to Outlook? What version of Outlook are you using? We can't control how different clients read the content of the email but we do work to adapt to the common issues in each client.
Chat should be working for you as long as it's during the hours that support is in the office! Can you give it a try now and let me know what happens?
