When did constant contact change to overseas support staff? I felt like I was receiving cut and paste responses but got no solution. Unacceptable!! I’ve been a paying customer for several years but am looking into other options and companies that realize the importance of great customer service

While a large amount of our support team is located in the United States, we also have some members of the team overseas to help support our customers as fast as possible. We want to make sure every interaction with our team is a great experience and I'll be happy to pass along your feedback. I took a look at your inquiry and can confirm that there is not a way for us to determine whether a test send of a campaign has been successfully delivered. This feature is only available when sending to a list of contacts as test sends are intended to be used for confirmation that the email renders appropriately in your email client and for others on your team to review prior to scheduling it. Reporting data like bounces, clicks, etc are available when you schedule an email to one of your contact lists.
