Constant Contact should have either a dedicated twitter account or a subscription option which disseminates live updates on the website status. I manage my employers marketing and this would be extremely useful for me.
Hi @ChrisB295 thanks for sharing this feedback! Constant Contact does not currently send out notifications to all user accounts because not all issues are site wide or experienced by every user. We do however push in product notifications, update our status page, as well as publicly tweet any announcements on our Constant Contact Twitter handle . Do any of these options help fit your needs?
