It's pretty annoying when you reach out on your "help service" and a representative tells you that you should enroll into the monthly service otherwise you will have to, and I quote, "keep figuring it out" if I don't. For a service that costs a MEASLY $40 a month or so, I think that you should get account reps that are not so shady. S/O to Karen ....shes a real Shade Queen. Hope you guys start monitoring her chats.
