SUPER helpful Survey support

Hi! I just called as a new user on our account who was VERY confused about what I needed to do to send a survey to our crew. I called your support line, was instantly connected to the right person, and they helped me to do what I desired. I wasn't using the system correctly, but they were able to make it look like I knew what I was doing! Thank you for hiring staff like that who are knowledgable and helpful. It's greatly appreciated by a newbie like me.
