Upsales are getting upsetting

Hi there,

 

I am a long time customer and getting increasingly frustrated with your pricing, and your service in general.  I have always had issues with emails looking different for different email services and browsers.  Now you finally created a preview, and have the audacity to charge for it!  This was always a problem on your end, and to charge for the fix is outrageous.

 

Looking into alternative email providers.

We appreciate the honest feedback.  The Inbox Preview tool uses a third party service which charges per use, which is why we currently charge for it.  I'm opening your feedback for voting, as we'd love to hear what other customers think.
