Constant Contact logo in footer

You should make it easier to remove your logo from the footer. It's ridiculous that you make it so hard. Also, why do you control custom footers? Other services allow the creation of custom footers, even with their free accounts.

I doubt I'm alone in being really, super, fantastically annoyed with the way you do footers...

Hello @RMyers01,

If you want to remove the logo in your footer you should be able to reach out to our support team to do so!

Is this something that you were expecting to have the ability to do in your account? Where would you expect to find a feature to remove the logo?

Answer: ANYWHERE YOU WANT. Just make it happen!

It's insanely frustrating, I am about to quit your service before I even got started with it. There is no good reasoning behind not having a setting or an option to exclude your logo and link from my emails.

$99 to set up a custom footer? How is that in any way reasonable? It's nothing short of a scam.

All of your forum responses to this issue are the same. None of them ever come out and say it's that way, because you want to make as much money as you can, in any way you can. That's also why you sell your users data (as you have written in the footer of your site).

Why do I have to waste my time contacting your slow support team for something that all of your competitors provide a free option for? I will switch to the competitor instead. It's more about the disrespect you show towards your clients by deciding to have it this way, than the actual problem itself.
