Little bugs!

Hello CC,

I'm Michelle, graphic designer from Media Experts. I use your product on a weekly basis, and would to give some feedback on the product.

I'd like to start with a question: Is there a way we can embed gifs and videos in CC?

Some feedback:

1. I find that the font of the links looks different on different computers.

2. When I copy and paste content, the font changes, and well as the colour of the font.

3. Uploading images sometimes don't happen on the first try. I find myself logging out, logging back in for it to work.

I enjoy Constant Contact, and hoping this feedback will be looked into and fixed in the near future.

If you have any questions, or would like to reach out. This is me: 416 597 0707 X 636, or email: michelles@mediaexperts.com

Thanks,

Michelle

@Mediabrands, thanks for your feedback! You currently do have the ability to insert and upload animated gif files, however, some email clients will not display their animation. As for inserting and playing videos within an email, this isn't something that can be done. However, we are listening to this feedback and looking into ways we can make it possible. For now, inserting a video link is the best way to send emails with videos.

Regarding the issues with the fonts not showing up properly and not displaying consistent, do you have any examples that you could show me? Such as a screenshot or specific email campaign and email client?

As for the copy and pasting issue, do you copy and paste from documents or are they websites? Do you have an example document that you are able to replicate this issue with?

We are currently looking into an issue where images that are uploaded don't appear to be processing but upon logging out and back in, they have processed. Do you notice this happening more often in a specific internet browser?
