Slow and inaccurate

I like your software but your support, accuracy and timeliness for custom templates was horrible. I agreed to pay $79 for a template and was told 2 or 3 days Called daily for status without getting any answers. After 4 days I was told that nothing had been done and the price I was quoted was inaccurate. I was told it would take 2 more days just to get a price and then another week to produce. Why didn't someone from CC proactively call me when there was a pricing issue. Why do I get pushed to back of line when my job has already been there 4 days? Unprofessional and disappointing

Hello! 

Would you be able to share more with us on this experience. What was the actual price of your template? What were you looking to have done to your template? We do have a few different services when it comes to template creation so I am wondering if you just weren't told about both services.
