Hey @JohnA095, we definitely want to do everything we can to provide a great and frustration free experience when you use Constant Contact. Could you give me a little more information in regards to what you mean by your feedback? We do offer an option to input a "Reply to" email address on all of your campaigns which recipients can use to get in touch with you, however, I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to.
I think people that pay money to use CC would like to be able to email the very provider they are paying. I highly doubt he is looking for replies to sent emails in a campaign.
