Ability to automatically archive sent email

0 Votes

Good morning. I wish you could make it possible to archive e-mails automatically or semi-automatically. Maybe a check box on the scheduling page ("Archive When Sent?"). The benefit of being able to schedule a newsletter in advance is somewhat countered by the inconvenience of still having to log in right afterwards to archive it. But, I can appreciate that not every e-mail blast sent needs to be archived, so a full auto-archive feature isn't necessarily helpful. That's why I think a checkbox would be good. Set your date, time, social media, and website widget update all during the same process. Thanks!

Hi @St.Matthews thanks for sharing this idea with us! We have opened up your feedback so other users can weigh in as well.

I'd love to have the option to archive campaigns automatically. And when I send a new email, I would love for the newest one to be featured and the oldest to be replaced. And if you can archive more than 100, that would be amazing. Also, a way to mass transfer campaigns to archive, rather than having to transfer each one individually.

I would also like to have emails auto archive. Maybe a settings option to "Archive when sent" would be nice. I was actually looking for that feature when i came across this post.
