Honor your stated business hours.

On your phone recording, it states business hours for Saturday, 10am-8pm Eastern Time.  I called for tech support at 2pm Eastern Time and the recording says there’s no one in the office!

What was the number you were calling? Our reps should have been available to take your call at this time. Was it that you were on hold waiting for someone to get off another call?

In the office now.” I have 2 numbers. I think the one I called was (800) 240-2302, but not absolutely sure.
