Live link to phone number in sent emails

0 Votes
I’ve been using cc for years only to recently learn that opens, clicks, email suspensions aren’t accurate. The worst of all being that a customer can’t live click on the phone number in emails sent. I doubt anyone would take the time to write it down then call. They will most likely delete the email and not bother with further emails from us. Starting to question the effectiveness of using constant contact.

Hi @CarolynR89. Could you explain more about how you believe that our reporting isn't accurate. We want to make sure this is reviewed. Also, I see that you spoke with our support team about phone numbers not being clickable. They will in fact be clickable if your contact is opening the email in an email client that has voice capability installed or if they view the device on a mobile phone.
