I sent a follow up email to non-responders and it went to everyone. This is the last time I'll use ConstantContact. It's been a nightmare.
Status changed to: Open Questions

Hi @SherrynA. I reviewed your event and it looks like the email did send to those who did not register for your event after you had sent the original email, which is how we determine non-responders. Were you seeing something different in your account? Is this not how you expected it to work?

Status changed to: Closed - No Action
