Constant Contact Check In App

First time user here...

When attempting to check an attendee in, there's no "scan" button at the top. I try to click on the attendee's name and nothing happens either. Are these features only available just prior to the event start time?

Thank you for posting your question in the Community! That is correct, the option to check in your contacts is available through the app up to 24 hours before an event start time. If you are within that timeframe and are having trouble checking in your guests please let us know at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Please reference this post when emailing.

This response was helpful because I have an event coming up and I had the same question. Would you be able to let me know if the EventSpot app currently works with the Android platform?

 

Also, are there any other useful apps that you would recommend?

Unfortunately, the EventSpot app is no longer supported or updated for both iOS and Android platforms. I apologize for any inconvenience that causes.

Wait...I'm confused. If the EventSpot app is no longer updated, is there a different app that I should be using to confirm registrants?

I'm sorry for any confusion my reply may have caused. The app is no longer being updated because our teams are hard at work on some changes to our event tool. I'm afraid I don't have details or an ETA to share at the moment, but once I have them I'd be happy to come back and update this post. Thank you for your understanding.

I've checked the headcounts for events on my app against what is showing on the CC website and they say the same thing. So, for now at least, I'll continue to use the app.
