Number of Sent Emails is less than number of Contacts in Lists
I have two lists with 444 and 117 contacts and did my first campaign and the number of "Sent Emails" was 134, which is way less than the 561 I would have expected. I'm new to CC and I inherited the lists from a previous administrator (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!).
Any suggestions for what I did wrong? I've been reading the manual, but so far I have not figured out what happened.

That's a great question. Upon looking over your lists, it appears that many of your contacts status is set to Temporary Hold. You may change this status by following these instructions. We also use this method to combat fake sign ups and protect your mailing list. If you have further questions, you may feel free to reach out to us!
