Out of Office Messages

After sending an email blast i receive all the out of office messages from my contacts, seeing my email address is where the blast comes from.  Is there a way to get that turned off where i will not receive them in my email??

Hi @KayseD

Thanks for posting. There is not a way to turn off the replies but you could change the Reply to email address to another address so you don't see the autoreplies in your inbox. You can have different addresses as the "from" and "reply to" to keep your emails recognize.

See if this will work for you by controlling the reply to address in your settings.

Re: Out of Office Messages

I recently send out a blast to 100 people and had different "from" and "reply to" emails set. Unfortunately the "from" email is getting Out of Office replies. Is it possible to prevent that?

Hi @SamQ21,

I am very sorry that your "from" address is receiving those auto-replies. Unfortunately, when an auto reply goes out from the receiving email address, the email client will either send to the From or the Reply-to address, depending upon the settings in that email client. This is not something that we can modify, since it is happening from the recipient. Again, I apologize for that. My recommendation is to set up an email address that can receive those auto-replies. That way, you can have it set as both the From and the Reply-to address.
