Some customers are experiencing errors when navigating in their account and are not able to access contacts. We are working on resolving this as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, at this time the ability to drag and drop images into folders is not an included feature.
However, you are able to add images to a folder by selecting the checkbox to the left of an image or multiple images, then click on the "Add to Folder" button at the top. Also, you may click on the folder icon to the right of an image (between the edit and delete icons) to select a folder for the image to be added to.
