I am using 27% of 250 MB of Mylibrary Plus. I need to upload 5 MB file. How?

Why am I paying for storage that I can upload to?

I mean I need to upload file of 15 MB size. Not all files canne be split up into fragments. And why so if I have 250 MB in storage

Thanks for this feedback. At this time the max file size you can upload is 5mb although you have room for lots of files in your account.
