I purchased a picture and cannot find it in my library

Also, once I purchased it, I received an immediate email verifying but the screen got stuck and I had to exit constant contact altogether. This is my second purchase and I've had a hard time with both. Plus, I think it should be ok for me to use the pictures in other forums such as my website...

I see you were able to get ahold of out support team for help with this. It looks like you have an open case to our billing team to review the refund request. This will be the best way to get updates if needed. Please check the status of this case from within your account by clicking Help > My Support History and then "All Open Cases".
