JPEG compression tool

I just happened to wrap up a call with CC. I was hoping to see means that can reduce the size of JPEG (picture or flyers). This is due to the fact that, when sending email to user community the image quality is drastically reduced. I was made aware by the Cust. Rep. that there is currently no such tool with CC. I would appreciate if CC can come up with such a tool where it can compress the JPEG file YET retain the quality of the picture/flyer. This will be of great help. Thanks. **Remvoed By Moderator**
