When an image upload doesn't work, there is not enough info on why it won't work (file too big, file type, etc.) I'm trying to upload a small JPEG, and it says the file type is wrong. I've uploaded JPEGs before.
Thanks for this feedback. I understand how a more specific error message might be helpful for you.
With the currently Jpeg, can you try saving it as another type ot see if it is something in the formatting of the file?
