Simple is often better

I find that some of CC's processes are over-thought. Please try to make things simpler and more intuitive. Do you test changes with clients or just implement them? For example, I typed my feed back in this box, THEN selected "How can we help?" and my feedback all disappeared. I am not about to type it over,so instead I am offering this general comment.

HI Jeff, Thanks for this feedback. I am sorry to hear of the frustrations of the box but appreciate you letting us know. We do tons of testing before updating anything in accounts. This includes feedback sessions and user tests to make sure it works well for the actions our customers are taking. Can you tell me more about what isn't working for you? This feedback is helping to develop future updates so your ideas are appreciated!
