There is no helpful feedback about why the image/s won't upload. Only that there was a problem and try again. I tried a couple things and nothing helped.
I have three spaces available for add'l images, they are all well under 800 pixels wide, all correct format...I've done this a million times. Yet, none of the images I try will work today. I've even logged out several times and tried again. IN A RUSH--need this to work!
I thought the problem I was having was because of my obsolete notebook that couldn't support a Safari upgrade, but the same thing is happening on this fairly new iMac. I am on a deadline and don't know what to do. I haven't had trouble in the past -- using jpegs. help!
I am sorry to hear of this frustration. The issue uploading is limited to Safari so if you have another browser please try uploading there for right now. We are working to resolve this but for right now I do not have an exact timeframe. I am happy to leave a case open in your account to have you notified if you would like to be emailed when this is fixed, just let me know.
"we are having trouble processing this item" no other details..pictures aren't too big...they're all the right format..i need to be able to upload photos for my business email
