The search tool doesn't work very well

I can put in the exact title of the document and still have to search to find it!

Thanks for the feedback @JaniceT0! All of my searches in your account have been pretty effective - could you let me know which document you were searching for? Also, are you searching in the Library tab, or when inserting an image into your email directly?

Hi Paul,

It's Gayle (working with JaniceT0).

I have trouble finding images and documents in the library and when I'm trying to insert something. For example, we have a product called Jet Professional. If I'm searching for a document about this product, but I don't know what the document is called, I'll key in "Jet Professional". The first page that comes up has 10 items. Only 3 of them have anything to do with Jet Professional, and none of them are documents. They are logos.

I appreciate the additional clarification, that really helps me understand @JaniceT0! Documents are not included on that insert image panel, and would be added by following these steps. However, that document section is missing a search function entirely! I'll definitely submit this feedback, and I'll leave this thread open for others to upvote or comment upon.
