Trying to upload files and the link is not working!

I am sorry to hear this is giving you trouble. Are you both working in Internet Exploer? If so, we're aware of this issue happening while working in IE 9,10 or 11. While we work to get this resolve the workaround is to drag and drop the image into the upload box or use another browser. We will update this thread when we have more news.
I am having the same problem in Firefox. Actually, it says the upload is successful but the images are not appearing in the library.
I am sorry to hear this is happening, what type of files are you uploading?
