trouble with image files

Hello, I am trying to upload a jpeg image and have checked many times to see that it is indeed a jpeg image, but I can't upload them because it is giving me an error message that it is a bad image type. I have opened it and saved it with Paint and Microsoft product, but it won't work.

I am sorry to hear this happened. Can you tell me more about the size of the file?

Also, plese try opening it again in Paint ans saving it as a GIF or PNG file. This will help determine if there is some bad coding as part of the jpeg that is causing trouble.
