Activity Reports - Should NOT Auto Delete

Just found out that the Activity list automatically deletes!?! This is insane! After uploading a new customer list, there are inevitably a large number that need corrections. And I may not have time to go edit all of them within the seven days … especially during the holidays. The activity list should NEVER automatically delete!

We used our activity log to see how recently we had added new contacts from our database. When I looked at my activity it said nothing within 7 days...where's the most recent import or activity? I don't update every 7 days, sometimes its a month before I do it. If I don't know when I uploaded the last list I might not get all of the new contacts. This sucks.

I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. When we switched you to the new updated contacts system it does start from a clean slate. Anything moving forward will stay in your activity screen but upon moving you over it did refresh the screen to start from new. Moving forward you should not run into this problem.

In the old system, it was possible to pull up a contact and see his activity over a period of time. With this new change, that option is lost. Instead we are given a useless 'Engagement' tab that shows a limited amount of data. We have also lost the ability to print the contact's activity page.

You have removed the ability for me to see activity (uploads, etc) for more than 7 days back - that is HORRIBLE. I work with an assistant, I need to be able to see whether they're doing their job. But I don't check every week (nor would I want to). HORRIBLE.

The submission format I have used for the past 6 years didn't work. I had about 200 inputs disappear and 49 of the survivors were called unsubscribes (which I don't believe). I need help.

Hi  , 

If a contact has previoulsy been unsubscribed you won't be able to add them back, there would be an error that shows on the import screen that indicates the number of errors in the import. This could also explain why some of your contacts were not imported. Can you click the Activity link under the Contacts tab to see if there were any errors?

Would be a great help to be able to analyze my contacts lists in a report format that has the following headings: Name, email address, #sent, #opened, #clicked with the respective %s versus sent. From this report, it would be great to be able to drill down to the profile and history for that contact (the page you already have). Would be helpful, but not essential, to have a time frame select feature for the report. Another way to support this, perhaps more simply, would be just an overall non-opener report versus a variable time frame.

It would be useful to have access to activity logs for the Contact Management so we can see when data was uploaded and downloaded.

Why can't I see dates and amounts for each time I've added contacts? I want to see specific dates and #s for every upload, which shouldn't be hard. Also, I should be able to see added contact activity for longer than 90 days...I want to see for all of 2014!

I am trying to see when the last time I added a contact list was. When I click Activity, it only gives me items for the mast month? The last time I did an import was a couple of months ago, but I need a specific date!

I cannot find a way to view all of my actions / exports. I am attempting to find the time I last exported a report for a certain campaign, however, I can only view "Recent Imports, Exports, and Other Actions". Is there a way to view ALL imports, exports, and other actions?

Agreed. I need to pull the unsubscribes from a list uploaded last week and it's not under "Recent Imports, Exports, and Other Actions" because apparently a week ago is too long ago. I should be able to see this data going back forever.
