You recently updated the process in which to add a new contact to our email lists. Not only was this hard to find and took 5 plus minutes of searching and clicking, but instead of just clicking on 2 items to add a person it now is a 6 plus click process. Not easy to use and we are not happy.
Hi @TempeFirstUMC. To confirm, is this screen adding additional steps to your contact upload process? If not, could you provide an example or list out the process so we can make sure this is tracked correctly?
There is no way to upload a list from this screen. You cannot click the "..." at the top right and select "import contacts from file", or even Add Contacts at all! Very annoying!
the old add contact method was simple. And you could click a button that said "add another" so that when you were done, it automatically got ready for the next one. That appears to be gone. Worse, once you type in multiple contacts, there is no button to go ahead and upload them. Why not an ADD button to complete the process? My wife typed in more than 30 contacts, and there was nothing to hit but CONTINUE and that took us off the page and wiped out her work.
So, once you type in multiple contacts, how do you actually add them? Thanks.
