Added yesterday, got email, acct. disabled, called told me I had one email that was a "HONEYPOT"

They would not tell me which one ( email )it was or just delete that one. I told them to delete the list. Now I have cleaned the list and tried to re-download. Tells me I can't add those contacts because they have been "un-subscribed" .... REALLY!!! I just want to add MY email address. This is beyond irritating!!!! HELP PLEASE
