Adding new list and then contacts to that list

The new interface is too cumbersome. I am just trying to create a new list and then add a contact to that list and it has not been working for 15 minutes now. I have been using your platform for years. I am NOT an advocate of the new and "improved" contact management features!

Hi Dave, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. What seems to be not working? Which steps are you taking to import a contact to a list? If you are adding one contact when the system asks for permission to send to that contact please click the check box and then below that hit the plus in the list section. From there please click the create new list and select apply. This will allow you to add one new contact to a new list.
