An opt out (unsubscribe) still in my contacts list. Sounds like a software error, 2 were ok, gone.

I'm not sure I fully understand what's happening.  You have a contact who unsubscribed from your account and they appearing in your contacts list as available to mail to?  If that's the case that very well could be a bug!  Let me know and I'll have someone reach out to you for further information.
