Not at all happy that you have changed the Contacts format. I have enough to do without having to relearn procedures and rewrite our office manual.

It's all fine, I suppose - just don't like that something I've learned to navigate quickly now has to be re-learned. I'm not averse to change - when it's necessary - but see no reason for things to have been changed so radically. If it ain't broke...
