I spoke with Bea in customer service about this today. The issue is that, when you export your bounce report from your email, if a contact has two emails, then both emails show up in the bounce report (even if only one of the emails bounced.) This means that the user has to return to the bounce report in the Constant Contact UI and find out which of the emails was the true "bounce" in order not to delete the other contact. It would be wonderful if the bounce report only exported the bounced emails, instead of exporting the whole contact. Thank you.
