Contact Headers

Need to have the ability to change header based on need. For instance, in my case cities and states are not as relevant as country. Yet, I cannot change the columns!

Currently, there is a way to set the system to show you company names when viewing an email list or contacts category in the account. In addition to the contact name, email, and date added, I would like to see a column called CONNECTION just wide enough for three to four words about where that contact came from. For instance, entries might include: Open House, Church, High School, College, Professional Associate, Physician, Lawyer, Dry Cleaner, Painter, Window Repairs, etc. This would help "jog" the memory of that entry when reviewing the contact list.

It would be nice to have all the custom fields we created appear each time we add a contact instead of the drop down menu.

It is a reminder of additional information we want to keep that perhaps we don't have at hand.

It would be nice to have an option to change the columns to a custom sort when viewing the contact list. The two options available are limiting.

I am considering changing services because this new interface is so bad. You can't sort by any fields other than the 4 that appear on the screen and you can't click on a record and see the details. what were you thinking on this one. I know i am not the only one, the only direct option on your help number is for contact management. if you don't fix this soon I will be going elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. Currently, the system does allow you to sort your lists by some additional fields. On the top right of any list, there is a "gear" icon. If you click on this, it will show you some additional views that you can sort by. Is there some additional fields that you would like to be able to choose from there?

 

Sort Contacts or Lists

When you click on a contact's name from the reports screen or even from the Contacts page, it will bring up their profile. You will see all details associated with them, including their engagement (when they open an email, click, unsubscribe, etc.) What are you seeing when you click on a contact?

 

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Give us the ability to select which fields display in our contact lists. I have custom fields in each record that I want to see but can't right now.

Hi Barry,

 

To answer your question on how to changed the fields viewed on the Contacts list, please go to Contacts Tab and then at the top of your contact list, select the wheel icon at the upper right. This will let you toggle from one view to another. Here's a screenshot:

I greatly preferred your old listing of Contacts. I need date added and company together. We like to view the additions as they come in. I know I can download a report but I'd prefer if I didn't have to - and just did it all in-browser. John Ebbert
