I have a few suggestions: When adding a new contact by typing it in, default the email type to Home vs Other. Provide a setting so that when a person sends in a contact entry, default their email address to all lower case and Name to First Letter Uppercase and rest Lowe Case. That way when you use their first name in an email greeting it does not look like you are shouting at them when they put their name in all caps. Thanks
