Anyone else having the issue where a "." is being added to an email between the first and last name when imported into Constant Contact. So an email is going to john.smith@gmail.com instead of johnsmith@gmail.com

That doesn't sound like it's working the way it's supposed to!

For clarification-- are you importing using an excel or .csv file?

Hi Patrick, I spoke with someone over the phone and we were able to determine that the likely culprit would be that "johnsmith@gmail.com" likely has a forward setup to "john.smith@gmail.com" unintentionally.
