Have you considered adding as discussion board capability based on account, Foe example I could send and email blast on a topic and say direct recipients to a discussion board for further discussion, and use an email group to regulate access on a topic. It would be good to have this integrated on one platform.

This is an interesting idea! We've got an area of the Community for discussions between Constant Contact customers already but not for our customer's customers. Thanks for posting!
