It is really important for me to be able to look at a contact and see if they were sent and opened (or did no open!) my email campaigns. Now it takes lots of time to figure out that information. I am not happy with this change!
Hi @RobinD69980 thanks for sharing this feedback! How would you expect to locate your contact's engagement? Currently you must click into the contact, and then onto the contact's engagement tab to view these details.
