Exporting - missing information fields

I've just ran an export so I can then manually make up the TAGS and then import them back in. Just realized so many fields are missing my emails but they are in my contact database online. Why is my export missing data?

I am sorry to hear this is happening, can you give me an example of what field is missing and what list you are choosing to export?

 

Did you make any changes on the overlay window where you choose what information to export?
