Could not select email addresses in the Did not open list for removal. there is no removal button.

Thank you for your feedback on this. I apologize for the frustration. I can certainly understand why you would want that option when viewing this Did Not Open list. The thought behind this Did Not Open list is to have a list of contacts that you can separate into a list to try to win them back and re-engage them as contacts. Once you save them to a list, if you feel that you would like to just remove them, you can do so from the list on the contacts. I can understand that having to save them to a list in order to delete them is an added step, but we think is may be worth making creative attempts to reach out to them first. I hope this makes sense.
