Frustrated with your search feature

your search feature on the contact page does not work when I copy/paste an email from my CRM. I am forced to remove several letters from the email to get the search feature to work. Why?

Hello Rachel,

 

It is always possible that you are copy and pasting hidden values or characters that you are unable see from your CRM.

What I would suggest that you try is copying the content from your CRM, opening notepad, pasting the text into notepad and then into our contact search to see if that yields a different result. Please do reply back and let me know what happens, if it still happens please provide me the name you are searching for so that I may test this out.
