How best to implement unsubscribe options

0 Votes
I am a volunteer for a cancer foundation, and, currently, when we send messages out, the bottom of each message has the following options: Unsubscribe aa@gmail.com Update Profile We have multiple "campaigns"/categories we wish to use, such as News, Major Announcements, Fundraising Opportunities, Quarterly Magazine, Stories of Hope, Meetings, Research Updates. What happens is when someone clicks "unsubscribe" they are removed from all campaigns and we no longer send them emails of any kind. Is there some way around this? Is it possible to combine the Unsubscribe and Update Profile into one clickable item, such as "adjust my settings/unsubscribe"?

Hello @Jeremy_Dictor ,

Thank you for reaching out! When you update your Update Profile form and check off multiple lists, these lists become an option for your contacts to select form when clicking 'Unsubscribe'. Therefore, they'd be able to choose which lists they want to opt out of instead of opting out all together.

This article has some more information on how to set it up: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5778-update-profile-form

Did this help with what you need or is there something more you'd like to see as an option?
