How can I remove all contacts which are not opening e-mails?

0 Votes
I want to remove all contacts that have not opened e-mails since they were added to the database. The e-mails are either going to their SPAM folder so they don't know they are getting them or they just don't have time to open them because of other more important e-mails they receive. I don't know but there should be a way to remove them all without having to got through each one individually to find out.

Thanks for posting, have you checked the Did Not Open report? This file could be exported for each email and then combined in excel. This would be the best way to bulid the list of people who didn't open without clicking into each contact.
