We have been getting many complaints lately from people who read our emails on their phones (the formatting would be weird for them). In the past, we would simply switch their formatting from HTML to TEXT only and the problem would be fixed. We are no longer able to do that since the feature has been removed.
I spoke with a CC support agent and he told me that CC removed this feature and now the emails should be automatically switched from HMTL to TEXT only when an ISP doesn't recogonize the HTML version. This obviously isn't the case since we are getting complaints.
Please give us this feature back.
