Tomorrow morning (8/26) from 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM ET we need to make a few updates to our site. During this time, no emails will be sent and some customers will not be able to access their contacts. We recommend finishing up your work before 07:00 AM and logging in after 08:00 AM ET. Thank you for your patience while we make these updates.

I really really do NOT like the new format!!

I really really do NOT like the new format!!

Why make all your users go back to square one? What was so bad about the old platform, or why not make additions to it without throwing the whole thing out. I notice that when you clear names from a list in order to re-import current info, the "Do Not Mail" command has been replaced with "Delete," which is a very common term. I'll bet a lot of folks won't notice the warning and will hit the delete button and suddenly won't be able to email to a bunch of their contacts, permanently. What an awful development, I'm going to have to spend hours learning the new system when it used to be a breeze. All the work your users have done learning how to manage contacts is out the window. Change for change's sake isn't always smart change.

Hi Madelieine, I am sorry to hear of the frustration. These updates have been requested for a long time. We also made several updates to make sure all accounts are staying up to date with the best CRM options available. "Do Not Mail" has been replace by your Unsubscribe list. These are the contacts you do not want to email ever again or the contacts who opt out on their own. The term "unsubscribe" is the industry term for these contacts. "Delete" now refers the action of removing contacts from the account but you are welcome to add them back. I hope this helps, please let me know what other questions we can help with!
