I want to send a personal follow-up email to individual contacts!

Right now, I can see who opened an email and how many times - very helpful. But if I want to send a personal follow-up email, I have to go to a separate Excel file with exactly the same contact information to send a personal note. Why? Personalized follow-up is crucial to marketing that works - Please make this option available!
