In "Add Multiple Contacts" section, a dumb and annoying problem.

annoying.pngCopying and pasting could be convenient if your website were smart enough to ignore a space after one email address, instead of telling me that a space makes the preceding email address invalid, which it does not. This is quite annoying.

Hello @DanielG740,

Thank you very much for providing this feedback. This is something we've recently found as well and I've passed this along to our engineers. Until then, I have left this open for voting.

How many "votes" would it take to get a problem actually fixed?

In fact we ask users who have this experience to email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, and the following details:

  • What method was used to copy and paste the contacts? (control+c and control+v, or right click and copy/paste, or command click to copy and paste from the menu on a Mac)
  • Browser and version being used
  • Is the browser up to date?
  • Does working in incognito work?
