Inappropriate charging

How do you find it ethical to charge for Active Contacts that you don't supply the services for ? For example noc@ etc. If you are not going to allow emails to be sent to these addressees you should not allow the feature for them to be added to your system in the first place, let alone flag these types of contacts as Active contacts !!!

Thanks for your feedback! We do charge for the active contacts in the account but won't charge for unsubscribes, or contacts without permission to send (since they aren't "Active). We also will only charge once for contacts that are on multiple lists.
