It's not working according to your how to/tips

This has become way too time-consuming an exercise -- I've been trying to set up one contacts list and send one email to tagged members of that list since Friday about Noon -- one nightmare after another caused by your very poorly designed labels. My contacts now do not even have the "manage tags" option, no matter how many times I exit and re-try. This is a nightmare.

I am very sorry to hear of your frustrations. To clarify, you are the only one who can add/remove/see tags in your account. Your contacts won't know how you have the account set up. Are you not able to see this information on the main contacts page or within a contact? What is snowing instead?
